Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK have the right to cancel their online order and return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s), without needing to give a reason.

- Return Period: After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Returns Process

- Contact Us: Please use the contact page, don’t forget to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and your contact details.
- Packaging: Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging (where possible), unused, and in a resalable condition.
- Return Address: We will provide our return address upon receiving your request. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We advise using a tracked service for your own protection.
Refunds

- Processing Refunds: Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Reimbursement will be made using your original payment method.
- Original Delivery Costs: If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the original standard delivery charges. Supplementary costs for express/priority shipping are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
Some items are exempt from being returned or refunded under UK law, including but not limited to:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Digital downloads (once download has started)
- Hygiene-sensitive items, if unsealed (e.g., earrings)

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

International Returns
